Where can Confidence App be accessed?
You may add Confidence as an app tab to any Salesforce Lightning App. The app can also be accessed by searching "Confidence" in the App menu.
1. In Salesforce Setup type "App Manager"
2. Click on App Manager
3. Choose the Lightning App you wish to add Confidence
4. Click on Show Actions
5. Click on Edit
6. Click on Navigation Items
7. Type "Confidence" under Available Items
8. Click on Confidence App Item
9. Click on Add to Include the Confidence App in the Lightning Apps navigation
10. Click on Confidence and reorder as needed
11. Click on Save and then return back to Setup
12. Click on App Launcher
13. Type "Sales" or the name of the Lightning Apppp you added Confidence
14. Click on Confidence Tab
15. That's it! You're ready to use Confidence!
