Where can the Opportunity Shape App be accessed?
You may add Opportunity Shape as an app tab to any Salesforce Lightning App. The app can also be accessed by searching "Opportunity Shape" in the App menu.
1. In Salesforce Setup type "App Manager"
2. Click on App Manager
3. Choose the Lightning App you wish to add Opportunity Shape
4. Click on Show Actions
5. Click on Edit
6. Click on Navigation Items
7. Type "Opportunity Shape" under Available Items
8. Click on Opportunity Shape App Item
9. Click on Add to Include the Opportunity Shape App in the Lightning Apps navigation
10. Click on Opportunity Shape and reorder as needed
11. Click on Save and then return back to Setup
12. Click on App Launcher
13. Type "Sales" or the name of the Lightning App you added Opportunity Shape
14. Click on Opportunity Shape Tab
15. That's it! You're ready to use Opportunity Shape!
