We have designed Sequence to be incredibly easy to get started with right away, no matter your level of Salesforce knowledge.
To get started, click on the gear icon in the right hand corner of Sequence
Then click on "New Sequence"
Choose whether you want a Global Sequence (shared) or Personal Sequence (Private) and then you can start creating your first sequence.
Give it a name, a description and what Object you want to reference. After that you can start creating your Sequence by clicking on "Add Sequence Task"
We've included a bunch of default tasks but you can also add your own task by clicking "Custom Task."
Once you add a task, add how many days from the start you want the task to be due. That's it! Repeat this step as many times as you would like to complete the Sequence
Once your Sequence is complete, you can now see it applied to the Opportunity (or whichever Object you set) and all the tasks that need to be done and the due dates for those tasks.
You can now mark tasks as done, in progress or change the due date. Sequence will dynamically show you exactly when tasks are due or whether tasks are overdue.
That's how simple Sequence is to use and get going!
